Membership Information
Thank you for your interest in joining the Westminster Riding Club, Inc. The following information includes the application process as well as the fees for the club.
The annual membership year is for the period of April 1st to March 31st. Dues for the season must be paid on or before April 1 of the year.
Applications for membership can be obtained from the Club Manager, Membership Chairperson or from a current member. Applicants must obtain sponsorship through a current member who is in good standing with WRC.
Applications are reviewed and considered monthly at the meeting of the Board of Governors. This meeting is held the third Monday of each month. Prospective members will receive a letter of initiation once the Board of Governors gives approval. The initiation fee is due within 30 days of the dated letter.
Upon receipt of the initiation fee, an invoice for dues will be sent to you. Dues are generally paid in full, however,semi-annual billing is available. If you choose to pay semi-annually, a handling fee will be charged.
